Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance

Sellers on Gserviz allow returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with this policy. Returns will not be accepted once this period has passed. However, this does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misrepresented items.

It also specifies situations where returns or refunds are not applicable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For reasons related to health, hygiene, or product perishability, some product categories cannot be returned, except in cases where:

 

The wrong item was sent.

The item was received damaged or defective.

The product is confirmed to be counterfeit or inauthentic.

Additionally, returns are not accepted for:

Customized products.

Items damaged after delivery due to customer use.

Used or worn items unless they became defective after reasonable use.

Packaging Requirements for Returns

When returning an item, it must be sent back in the same condition it was received, including its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Until the return reaches us, it remains your responsibility, so ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.

Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we aim to process your refund within the timeframe outlined on our Return Timelines page. If the return is due to an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, we will also refund your delivery fee.

Rejected Return and Refund Requests

All returned products undergo inspection to confirm the reason for return. If a return request is not approved, we will attempt re-delivery twice. If both attempts fail, you must collect the item within 60 days, or it will be forfeited.

No Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or model, kindly return the original item and place a new order.
