Return Period and Conditions for Acceptance
Sellers on Gserviz allow returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, in accordance with this policy. Returns will not be accepted once this period has passed. However, this does not affect your legal rights regarding faulty or misrepresented items.
You can return products within the eligible period for any of the following reasons:

It also specifies situations where returns or refunds are not applicable.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
For reasons related to health, hygiene, or product perishability, some product categories cannot be returned, except in cases where:

The wrong item was sent.
The item was received damaged or defective.
The product is confirmed to be counterfeit or inauthentic.
Additionally, returns are not accepted for:
Customized products.
Items damaged after delivery due to customer use.
Used or worn items unless they became defective after reasonable use.
Packaging Requirements for Returns
When returning an item, it must be sent back in the same condition it was received, including its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact. Until the return reaches us, it remains your responsibility, so ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
